Re: Pale Moon sync failing for a week now
The PPA is quite outdated and we have been unable to contact the maintainer regarding an update for it. The recommended way to install/update is by using the pminstaller tool

Re: Linux maintenance Concerns.
HI Moonraker, While it is true that the two previous Linux maintainers were a bit "shaky", I believe I have been very consistent with the Linux releases. While it's true that I'm usually a few hours behind Moonchild, I ALWAYS make it a point to release the same day if at all possible. And no worries...

https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=6480 You could at least link me to the exact post that explains it. Re: need advice on switching to Linux [specific]
I've used Manjaro as my primary OS for over a year now, and have never had any problems with it. It's fast, customizable, and has a very helpful community forum if you do run into trouble (much like this one 8-) ) As Tharn said, heartily recommended! I have less experience with PCLinuxOS, but what t...

Re: Installing Flash Plugin for Pale Moon in Linux
Perhaps this section of the FAQ will hold the solution. I notice that there is functionality in the Add-Ons manager which says "Install Add-On from file..." but I can't tell what file type this functionality is looking for This is for installing extensions (.xpi files) that you have stored on your h...

Re: Windows 10 Strikes Again
I always had good success "chainloading" Linux with WIndows (back when I used to dual boot). I couldn't count the number of times I did it, and I never boked my Windows partition. The main thing to remember if using this method is do NOT install the Linux bootloader to your hard drive's MBR. Install...

Re: No audio on Youtube videos (HTML5)
I'd have to agree with Tharn, as I can't reproduce on my Manjaro (Arch-based) system with GStreamer enabled. Make sure you installed the gsteamer0.10 packages, as GStreamer 1.x doesn't wok with Pale Moon yet.

Re: Install only partially successful
helloimustbegoing is correct, the installer will automatically install the correct architecture for your system (in your case, x64).
Are you using KDE? This sounds like the oxygen-gtk theme issue. Please check the FAQ for more info and solutions to this.
