Re: Blue Moon Linux - Support & Feedback thread
It no longer works on my Manjaro or CentOS boxes either.Nigaikaze wrote:Just FYI, Blue Moon Linux does not seem to work with the current unstable build of PM on Linux: 27.1.0b2 (64-bit) (2017-01-13). This is on Linux Mint 17.3 KDE. Blue Moon Linux is still working fine with PM 27.0.3 on my Mint 17.3 systems.

Re: Problem with tabs in Pale Moon 27
1. Closed tabs reopen for me without issues.
2. While I do not use TMP, checking "Insert related tabs next to the current tab" in options works for me.

This will likely work correctly in our next release which will have much improved media support.

Re: Pale Moon 27.1.0b1 (Unstable Build)
FFmpeg has replaced GStreamer for H.264 video, but GStreamer is still used for playing MP3 (for now).

Does it still crash if you have the "media.gstreamer.enabled" pref set to false?

Re: Flickering on Pale Moon 27.0.3 x64 - Fedora 25
I assume that this has something to do with Fedora 25 using Wayland as default. I'll see if I can dig something up.

Re: Updating PM on Linux ?
You need to add the repo key to apt. See the repo page for instructions.
Alternatively you can use the pminstaller tool.

Re: PM for Linux crashing issues
Is it possible that the versions compiled against gcc 4.9 don't share the issue? I believe that this may be the case Steve. GCC 5.x performs an optimization (we don't know for sure which one) that has been known to cause random crashes in the past. Is there anyway that you could rebuild using GCC 4...

Re: html5 video not buffering ahead
It's a known issue with GStreamer 1.10. This will no longer be an issue in our next release as we will be using FFmpeg directly instead of GStreamer for H.264 video.
