You can get back the old YT UI with another User Agent. Change value of general.useragent.override.youtube.com to Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0 PaleMoon/28.8.2.1 to get the old version back, but don't forget: YT will shutdown the site's version with the old UI...
