Yep. But Identifying what they all do is tricky because a couple are downright cryptic unless you have a lot of experience with mozilla-based browsers. Which is why I would not recommend about:config as a normal method of changing your configuration.

Greetings. I know this thread is a tad old. However, as a user of both Pale Moon and Firefox Nightly this is also available under the about:config under browser.download.useToolkitUI set to true. But it is nice to know that pale moon includes a user facing option.
