Re: Re-enabling a disabled extension
Well for v24.x try adjusting install.rdf in the .xpi file. It is merely a zip file after all you can extract, edit, and put back in. That will tell us if it is actually broken or just another causality of rabid release. Either is possible of course as well as the conflict with other addons.

I cannot get the thing to install no matter what I put the version number at for either Firefox or Pale Moon's GUID. Also that thread is ONLY for v25.

Re: NTLite (nLite for Windows 7 & 8) beta released!
I know I have been looking forward to this for a very long time and will be getting a Pro License. I know nLite has been invaluable for years upon years and I consider paying for the pro license for NTLite as a donation for all the previous years of nLite usage as well as for this new tool. Nuhi is ...

Re: Cloudflare?
If CloudFlare is blocked again.. The site will not load or will not load any static assets like images, javascript, etc. On the main website it won't load at all..
This is also my final response to this thread.

Re: Cloudflare?
I understand well, like a lot of people now, why you need Cloudflare. Maybe my firewall is buggy but it is fidèle, and like me it absolutely do not need Cloudflair... or clouds or peer to peer or streaming etc or these kinds of things in general which can need CDNs too. I wanted an explanation you ...

WE need these kinds of services. You should be able to whitelist this sort of thing.. Please refer to your firewall's documentation.

Re: Cloudflare?
Cloudflare is a content delivery network put simply it does caching of a website's content and delivers it to your browser. This has the advantage of offloading the burden of sending content that has not changed from the server. It can also help speed up access to such cached content because CDNs li...

Re: Linux Version
The Linux version has the same feature set as the Windows version but it is up to the maintainer of the Official 3rd Party contributed version to maintain it and provide updated builds, for which he does. As for the rest.. absolutely! As an aside, all our 3rd party contributed builds such as the Lin...

Re: Pale Moon remembers passwords when I don'[t want it tto.
The remember me checkbox on websites and the password manager in the browser are two separate things. When you enter a username and password on a site you get a doorhanger from the favicon saying if it should remember your password or not. As for the checked state on the site that is determined by t...

Re: Pale Moon Addons Site - Compatibility Reports for v25
Thanks for the effort but all themes will be forked not just those marked compatible with v24.. There are several post-Firefox 4 themes and pre-australis themes that just need some fixup. Not to mention there is not one (except for the one a forum user adapted) that is fully Pale Moon compatible. Mo...

Re: I like Australis
Attached is the Australis theme artificially version bumped for Gecko/24. it has a few small visual glitches in the tab bar but nothing too bad. This theme was discontinued because .. well it is pointless and rather awful to say the least. But it should get you pretty well what you want. Of course I...

W3C - "Approving solutions for problems we don't have"
Modern Web browsers attempt to speed up page load times by downloading images before parsing the page's body. The browser starts downloading the image long before it knows where that image will be in the page layout or how big it will need to be. [05:06:51.278] GET http://binaryoutcast.com/ [HTTP/1...
