To my untrained eye (don't know how to do FPS), 27 looks better then 28.

Did you try 3.2.1?

Make a copy of your 27 Profile.
Then open PM 28 in that copy.

As a test, create a new, clean Profile.
Open PM.
Try to log in.

(New Profile made no difference on my end, PM 26.5, Windows XP, still not getting expected results.)

1) can't imagine that makes any difference
3) can cause issues (though not saying has any bearing in this case), though simple enough to clear & rule out

(I know nothing of LP.) What version on LP? Seems to me, not that I particularly follow it, but on the FF end, most every FF update ends up breaking LP, & LP has to update to accommodate FF. (FF users always complaining... "LP stopped working"...) So maybe a LP version that supported FF 52 might wor...
