Set cCleaner to delete Palemoon cookies and all cookies were deleted including the protected ones. Reimported from the backup and they were all showing as protected again. Guess that will work for now.

Yes Cookie Manager+ did export all the 42 protected cookies so I'm good to go. Would be great if CookieKeeper had this function. That's strange cause 0.7 wouldn't work for me in 32bit but 0.5 and 0.8 do work correctly.
v0.7 did work correctly in 64bit when 0.5 wouldn't. Uninstalled PM 28.0 x64 so don't know if v0.8 works in x64.

Where did you find the 0.8 version?

Version 0.5 still works in PM v28 32 bit but not in the 64 bit version.
I went back to PM 32 bit and had to reinstall v0.5.
0.7 does however fix 64 bit PM.

I can report that CookieKeeper is working well as a replacement. Couldn't find a way to import the saved cookies though but am well on the way to rebuilding the store.

Print pages to PDF 0.5.0.2.1 is officially dead I guess. On v28 it does absolutely nothing now.
I could find no way to contact the developer perhaps someone would be able to do that?
