I see. Thanks MC.
I can also say that 0.98.85 does work correctly. With a hack to install.rdf

But it is a web extension and wont install.

And now all versions are showing as incompatible with PM 28.0.1.

Re: Need help - Complete YouTube Saver

CYTS is only compatable with v25 and v26. Read below link. From this page: http://www.cys-audiovideodownloader.com/ .There will be no more updates after v5.7.36. We are rewriting the code from scratch, not just for WebExtensions but for the other browsers ....as well. We will be back soon with a new...

The exceptions are in "permissions.sqlite". if you have that backed up then replace it.

Re: Built in password manager not working correctly

Hello Bill, had to dig into my posts but I found the one I made about it. https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=12302#p86702 I also use this setting print.always_print_silent -> true + (optionally) print.show_print_progress -> false. So that when I hit the print button, it is a simple one ...

Re: Pale Moon staying in the processes list

It has at times taken PM over 2 minutes to fully close for me. That's with around 300 tabs open. It takes a while to release all that memory.
It's normal.

cache2 is a holdover from older pm versions. Delete it from the profile.

Re: Passwords: Buying a new laptop

The cache is not held in the profile. I have over 100 extensions and 300 search engines installed and my profile is 185 MB.

I would copy the entire profile to the flash drive and then you'll have it for the new computer.

I agree, I really don't care when I last updated an extension, but for me I don't see any disappearing dates. You can try this, but I don't know if there are any extra options other than merging the two lines of the standard view into one line. I have never tried this addon. https://addons.mozilla.o...

Re: H265 Video Converter

I use mediaCoder on an almost daily basis and have never had a problem with it, though I only use x264 encoding.
Try TEncoder.
Handbrake is good but I don't think it supports x265.

Re: Duckduck go empty search results.

You guys are misreading the OP. He is using a Pentium III processor and V25x is the last version that will run on it.

I would advise that you at least go up to 25.8.1

Unfortunately there is no easy way to diagnose that, except by disabling addons a few at a time until you find the conflict. Here is what I have, if you have others not in this list then start there. - About Add-ons 1.3 - Add Bookmark Helper 1.0.4 - Add to Search Bar 2.9 - Add-ons Manager Context Me...
