Re: Laggy and Slow
... So in PM I type in "Google.com" without the quotes in the address bar, hit Enter key and I'll get the rotating circle and "Connecting..." in the tab title and either the page I was on reloads or I get a blank page with the page I was on URL in address bar OR Google.com will actually load but mo...

Re: Is Pale Moon browser safe for net banking, online transaction and payment through online method?
I've been using the various Moonchild Production browsers (release/unstable and Basilisk) for online banking, PayPal, Amazon, etc. for about two years. I am happy to report that, thank God, I haven't experienced any problems during this period. I use both Norton Security and Malware Bytes. I underst...

Basilisk forgets page-zoom settings on Windows 10
I guess before I start, I should mention I've gone through this thread. https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?t=8864 Anyway, ... I have a webpage containing an image I made set as the "home page" for the browsers on our six or so computers here at home. All of them except one run Windows 7x64, an...

Re: uBlock Origin getting incompatible
AFACT, The UBO updater update from 1.6.6 to 1.6.7 only adds a change for supporting the Basilisk add-ons page, which wouldn't affect Pale Moon. And since the updater isn't actually on addons.basilisk-browser.org yet, Basilisk wouldn't be able to update the add-on anyway. Thank you for the clarifica...

Re: uBlock Origin getting incompatible
I somehow think I shouldn't do it, but I as a certified moron, I'm gonna mention this anyway: There's an update of UBlock Origin Updater to 1.6.7. https://github.com/JustOff/ublock0-updater/releases/download/1.6.7/ublock0-updater-1.6.7.xpi I guess the PaleMoon Addons page hasn't been updated; it sti...

Re: uBlock Origin getting incompatible
... Don't be a moron. I'll try my best, but sometimes it's easier said than done. Anyway, I really have searched for an answer to my question on the net, but (moronic me) I didn't find anything, so here goes: Is there a way to import my personal filters from UBlock Origin into ABPrime? And by...

Re: uBlock Origin getting incompatible
Among the github releases of uBlock Origin, version 1.17.5rc4 (Dec 29, 2018) appears to be the last one Basilisk accepts, newer versions are reported to be incompatible (which made me disable the uBlock Updater) ... In referring to the poster's comment, "(which made me disable the uBlock Updater)" ...

Re: PM 28.5.0a1 x64 of 20 March / Manual Update Button Broken
This issue should be fixed now. If you are currently on a broken version, update manually. I just updated manually to this version. http://edu-net.net/images/Unstable.jpg As far as I'm able to see, it's still broken. Do I have the latest version? By the way, I'm using the "portable" build. Thank you.

Re: PM 28.5.0a1 x64 of 20 March / Manual Update Button Broken
This button is already gone in the Pale Moon 28.4.0 release and will be removed for 28.5.0a1 as well. Instead you can use Help > Check for updates . http://edu-net.net/images/UpdatePM02.jpg It works fine for me in 28.4.0. The Help-> Check for Updates in 28.5.0a1 / 2018-02-20 doesn't work for me eit...

Why is my second graphics card "inactive"?

My secondary graphics card is working fine. Why do PM and Basilisk indicate it's "inactive"?
Thank you.

In this world, you're always on your own. Re: V. 2019.02.11 - Red Cats Theme Heads-Up
This is a side effect of switching Basilisk to use the Pale Moon Add-on Manager when disabling experimental support for WebExtension . OK, thanks. The quick and dirty workaround is to change maxVersion This is what I did. ... or use Serpent Tester Tool . WOW!!!! Great!!! But you are on your own, if...

Red Cats Theme Heads-Up
Themes are always considered strict compatibility. So if it says it isn't compatible then it isn't. Know that unaltered Firefox Themes are not supported by their very nature of being.. wait for it.. unaltered .. Firefox .. themes. I see what you mean, but the dev of this venerable theme is gone wit...

V. 2019.02.11 - Red Cats Theme Heads-Up
I just updated to the latest version of Basilisk (2019.02.11). Upon restarting, the full theme that I've been using from the beginning with Basilisk (Red Cats Green Flavor v. 6.1.0) was disabled with no possibility to enable it. I found that I had to bump up the max version in the install.rdf; it wa...
