You didn't mention Chrome in your other thread. If you are unable to play videos in Chrome also, then you have a system level video playback issue, and not just with Pale Moon.

Re: PM 28.8 No Sound
Same as ron_1.
I do NOT have "pulseaudio" package but have "libpulse" installed on my Arch system and I get perfect sound on Pale Moon official build.
libpulse was pulled as a dependency of ffmpeg and not manually installed.

You can disable OCSP check in Pale Moon settings, if that is what you want.
Go to Preferences -> Advanced -> Certificates and uncheck "Use OCSP to confirm the current validity of certificates".

Re: Contextual menu disabled
mooniac, I can assure you this has to be something with your build and/or setup because many people here use New Moon without issues on Mac. Where did you get the build from? Does it happen on specific pages or everywhere? Since you already tried safe mode and problem didn't go away, you need to che...

Re: No language pack for 28.7
JustOff,
It seems all the current releases are targeted at Pale Moon 28.8.0a1 to 28.8.* .Do we target alpha versions. (Got it.)
Fedor2,
Click on "Add-on Releases (Version History)". It should get you what you want.

Developers are also human -- they also look for short term convenience and equally lack long term vision and ability to see its effects. Apparently, Discord doesn't care about such people and their browsers. I think it's not the Pale Moon at fault here but Discord which should create a cross browser website instead of targeting only Chrome.

Re: Configuring Pale Moon default preferences
Maybe you are setting wrong value for the pref. Change your search engine to Startpage or whatever you want then go to about:config to see the value you need to use in your defaults file.

No idea. It'd be helpful if you tell the exact command you are running and post your mozconfig and some of the relevant build output.

Ok, Just start the build again and the system will pick up from from the right place, i.e it won't do full rebuild, only the parts which were left or need to be rebuilt again due to dependencies changing. Doing clob...
