Thanks for pointing me in the right direction M.C., it was my firewall blocking PM from making an FTP connection. Manually created same rule found in IE to PM and problem solved.

I don't want to run the portable version on his computer because I think you can't put add-ons (like ABE) on a portable version. Is that correct?
