Forum Index URL broken?
The Forum index URL produces a broken link: broken link within forum.png Tested in Safe-mode. Note: all other forum URL's i.e. https://forum.palemoon.org/ all work. It's only this URL that has the problem: https://forum.palemoon.org/index.php (with the index.php parameter) Addendum : Upon further te...

Re: Another Bank bites the dust? -- this time in Basilisk?
Moderator note: **relayed from PM** I'm happy to report that it isn't Basilisk's issue after all but rather my mistake as a result of not being thorough prior to posting. Since the topic in question has been locked I have no other recourse than to let you know via PM. What I've since discovered is a...

Re: Another Bank bites the dust? -- this time in Basilisk?
You sure seem to want to make noise about web incompatibility as of late.. Maybe you're just upset that you had to change your name. Totally inappropriate (and unhelpful) post  (but then -- should I be surprised?). Here's a responsible question for you -- should I not point these ...

Another Bank bites the dust? -- this time in Basilisk?
I can no longer log-in to Chase using Basilisk w/out getting the following results: Maybe another bank, Chase, bites the dust - in Basilisk.png I've tried various UA Overrides but no luck. Trying various Overrides usually causes the page to totally fail to render at all in most cases and in the few ...

Re: Another problem with Citibank site
^ Thanks for the insightful feedback yurikhan , The problem however persists using the browser in Safe-Mode (no add-ons) and using a fresh browser Profile as well as using a fresh portable install of Pale Moon (including a previous release of the current one) -- so the problem appears to be specific...

Re: Another problem with Citibank site
... Many functions are not yet ratified and are 'draft', but Chrome implements them anyway, and because Pale Moon would rather stick to a defined standard, it comes across as 'broken'. Thanks for the reply  .... I would say this likely applies to not only other "main-stream" Blink Engine b...

Re: Another problem with Citibank site
.... it's got nothing to do with XUL. Basilisk is forked from a later version of Firefox(52) and includes components left out of Pale Moon - notably WebRTC and DRM... Many thanks for the feedback and please bear with me concerning my followup questions. ;) In regards to WebRTC -- of the 8 other bro...

Re: Another problem with Citibank site
Yeah, I know MC. Right now my big concern is that sooner or later it won't work in Basilisk either. Hmm, another perspective would be to approach the situation from the opposite direction --- that is to say (in full recognition that they are not the same browser just as most browsers are not the sa...

Re: Another problem with Citibank site
Is there anything in the Web Developer (under Tools menu option) that I can look at that might shed some light on this? For what it's worth this is what I get for errors in the Web Console: Timestamp: 12/30/2019 6:06:58 PM Error: ReferenceError: mboxCreate is not defined Source File: https://online...

Re: Making the text in the titlebar go away
Wouldn't setting the pref (in about:config) "browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar" to "true" (which I think is default) do the job of getting rid of the title-bar? It's what I've got in my configuration that would otherwise display the title-bar if set to "false".

Re: Another problem with Citibank site
.... I'm also wondering if the PM 28.8 update may be contributing to the problem instead of any Citibank modifications to their web-page . This issue has started very close in proximity of time to the PM 28.8 update when thinking back to when this all started. And the issue persists in Safe-Mode an...

Thanks coffeebreak .... for the heads-up. ... and the results are.... same issue persists using a clean prior 28.7.2 32-bit version.... so we can lay-to-rest any questions as to where the problem lies in regards to Pale Moon and that is that it's apparently not with the current Pale Moon 2...

Recent Citibank login issue
If anyone is still using the PM version prior to 28.8 and also uses Citibank -- can you please post as to whether you have a problem with logging into their website? This is the results users are getting on Pale Moon 28.8.0 (this is using a clean PM Profile): Hmm -- in clean PM Profile.png There is ...

Re: Another problem with Citibank site
I agree with you, back2themoon, I would switch to another bank if I could. However, given the unique financial relationship I have with Citi, that is not possible at this time. First of all -- point of reference; this recent issue also occurs in Windows (in my case Win10). Back to my reply to the s...

Re: Another problem with Citibank site
Citibank isn't going to care about supporting Pale Moon -- they are just going to say that PM isn't an acceptable browser and that will be the end of it.back2themoon wrote: ↑2019-12-27, 20:22Make sure to contact the bank...pshipwrite wrote: ↑2019-12-27, 18:40I hope this issue can be resolved since PM is my primary browser.

Re: facebook issue.
I can confidently state that adblocking software is not the cause of this because my settings have been static for months and facebook worked just fine so once again we seem to be dancing around the maypole clutching at yellow ribbons hoping that adblocking is the cause. We can agree that the add-o...

Re: facebook issue.
.... i see, that AdBlock Latitude was updated 23.12.2019 . So today I check it and write results :-) . For clarification -- does this mean your FB issue is now solved? If not make sure you remove ABPrime and then make sure your Filter Subscriptions are up-to-date in ABL and test again. If the issue...

Re: facebook issue.
And what is this https://addons.palemoon.org/addon/abprime/ ? Btw. with this I have same issues. As you can see from the link it is an alternative to ABL. My impression is that the FB issue was solved after an update to ABL based on your last post.... Is that wrong? Did you disable ABL when you tri...

.... It doing AdBlock Latitude exntension. FB works only when I turn off this addon completely (exclusion on FB didn't help).... Try using ABPrime instead of Adblock Latitude (see both of these add-blockers at top of Pale Moon Add-on list: Extensions: Privacy & Security ... (ABPrime at top of list)...
