Re: Another problem with Citibank site

I've had nothing but trouble accessing my US Bank account with Pale Moon.... Did you mean to say "US Bank"? I ask because the topic is on Citibank and I can say as far as US Bank is concerned; any problems that Pale Moon has had with this specific bank (US Bank) for me has been very little to none....

Re: YouTube will stop supporting Pale Moon

.... For the record, YouTube has been working fine on my end leaving the built-in override untouched. Yep me too, as I posted at the top of the page I've not had any issues of any kind with Youtube -- and I didn't mention that I've made no change to the default Youtube Override so any issues that s...

Re: YouTube will stop supporting Pale Moon

Just thought I'd report: In my specific case (which I'm assuming is currently the case for the vast majority of users ) -- I'm experiencing zero issues with Youtube (using the current PM release).... so far.... (knock-on-wood).

Re: Gmail and Pale Moon poor performance WORKAROUND

... Do you have similar hardware/system to the OP? ^ Not exactly of course (well some -- perhaps close enough to be meaningful comparison -- I'll let others decide). System : Palemoon 28.8 (32-bit) OS: Windows 10 Home CPU: Intel Core i5-3317U CPU @ 1.70GHz, 1701 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(...

Re: Gmail and Pale Moon poor performance WORKAROUND

Bug : Open Gmail as the only tab. Wait for CPU to drop below 10% Refresh the page Repeat steps 2 and 3 about 5 times Result : Pale Moon's Private Working Set will increase by 100-200MB every refresh. Eventually, the browser will start locking up for seconds or even minutes. Locking occurs regardles...

Re: Issue with Citibank??

Even then, changing banks over browser incompatibility seems rather extreme if there's no other problems with their service  Just use it with IE or Chrome. Yep - totally agree -- like I said previously in this topic here ;) ... that is.... IE11 or some other browser like Basilisk  a...

Re: Issue with Citibank??

Thanks for the replies, and the link. I wish I could ditch Citi too, but every time I try they buy the bank I just got my new credit card from :) Actually I would not want to ditch Citibank due to my long standing relationship with the bank going back over 60 years to 1957 (when my first account wa...

Re: Issue with Citibank??

^ In the past, I've done as you have whenever I was unable to use Pale Moon -- that is to generally use IE11. But more recently I will use Basilisk as my alternate when absolutely necessary -- which only amounts to when I use Citibank at the moment. In general my time on the Internet is confined to ...

Re: Minimise, Maximise and Close buttons are missing - can't get them back!

How about trying this in "about:config" while using a new profile (since you might be doing this anyway): Change the "browser.tabs.onTop" pref in "about:config" to "true" (by double-clicking on this pref to change from default "false" to "true"). After doing this as long as you leave the pref "brows...

Re: [SOLVED] Minimise, Maximise and Close buttons are missing - can't get them back!

.... I still don't understand why the normal buttons for this functionality disappaer. Most likely if you test Pale Moon with an alternate new Profile (you can always return to your currently used Profile) the browsers "normal buttons" will reappear. My guess is the "Hide Title bar Captions" add-on...

Re: Export Tabs URLs

Sounds like the Tab Set Saver add-on could do what you want. It's in the Classic Add-ons Archive ( https://github.com/JustOff/ca-archive/releases ) I've used this add-on in the past to save all current tabs in a file to be used later on -- but didn't know where to find it to install. Thanks! :thumb...

Re: Forum Index URL broken?

^ Many thanks for your feedback... My point is that based on my experience it hasn't been a matter of getting "lucky" in that a "0" is a rare occurance -- I have numerous times observed a "0" result at some point after multiple "Clear" clicks. I did it once again just now and observed a "0" (based o...

Re: Forum Index URL broken?

I had the same illustration you saw sometime during this past weekend. I thought it was a glitch and it would clear once someone in charge of the server fixed the glitch. And then the Forum Index site was back online. I never created a new clean profile either. Just the one I've been using since a ...

Stale cache. I've noticed as of recently (past month or so) that when I attempt to clear cache using the preferences/advance/network interface I cannot get below 51KB (in the past I could get to "0" if I recall correctly. Also what's interesting is even if I have less than 51KB in cache the cache w...
