Are you using PM 26.1.0?

I've checked the site and I have the same problem with the current Pale Moon version (26.1.0 (x86) as well (refer to notations I've made in attached image regarding the problems. Click on image to enlarge if necessary.).

I don't have this problem with 26.1.0 (x86).

What add-ons do you use?

Have you tried a "Restart with Add-ons Disabled..." (can be done from PM button "Help") ?

Have you changed a full-screen preference in about:config?

You could try updating to Pale Moon 26.1.0 from 26.0.3 and see if this helps.

Haven't experienced that problem with ABL myself. I've used uBlock Origin for some time but have been using ABL as well because for some time uBlock would not always fire when pages loaded. This problem w/ Ublock Origin has improved in newer PM versions however.
