I am using the latest version of pale moon here on pup linux and the site displays fine with no such message.

Have you tried disabling the palemoon commander and allowing palemoon to handle the cache by itself as the previous post implied.maybe there is conflict somewhere.

Very odd as i run palemoon on 32 bit puppy linux and i have never encountered such an issue.Have you checked compatibility in the preferences.?.
