Using PM 27.0.1. The green go button brought up the login screen for me, but only after I turned off my adblocker. So perhaps check your script/ad/content blockers...?

This issue is fixed for me with PM 27.0.0b3. Seek function/rewind now work perfectly here in the orange progress area depicted in the various screenshots (continues not working in PM 26.5).

You might try allowing Flash Player local storage for reuters.com, if you don't do so already.
(Windows Control Panel -> Flash Player Settings Manager).
