Re: Adblock Latitude block more than Adblock Plus? [solved]

I use PM 27.1.1 / ABL 4.01 with EasyList, Fanboy's Annoyance List and several others. Speedtest.net works fine for me, flash and html5 versions both.

Re: weather.com - weird audio loops during video

Belated edit to quote from here which I mis-attributed to trava90. Apologies to joe04 and trava90.
Should be:

Re: weather.com - weird audio loops during video

But it's just a workaround to disable MSE, which means no more Twitter video and embedded Youtube videos now limited to 360p or 720p. The HTML5 Media Tuner allows to set per/site exceptions for MSE. The linked video played ok for me with MSE for MP4 on globally, when that extension was set to HTML5...

Re: Alternative add-ons after PM v27 removed Jetpack support?

Don't know where you found your copy (and don't use this script), but it can be downloaded from the author's Github account, which should be safe if anywhere is: https://github.com/ParticleCore/Particle/tree/master/src/Userscript . This issue/comment by the developer might shed light on why it was r...

According to this Ghacks article, Ghostery was sold and Mozilla co-owns the company that bought it:

Re: [Official Thread] Adblock Latitude

Who has refused what again? For starters, from pg 26 beginning here : Find button in filter list is not doing anything. Please fix that. I really dunno who is gonna fix that. It isn't going to be me.. I though you as the author... But beyond that... For the past three months -- beyond making the 3....

Re: [Official Thread] Adblock Latitude

@Macca, It's not a "loss of focus" when support has been refused, as is the case here. From the same post you quoted [emphasis added]: I can't also not make much sense of why would people here be annoyed by uBO as an alternative to ABL (especially that in the current case the answer to "the issue at...

Re: Missing URL Bar

Maybe theme-related. Are you using 'Walnut for Firefox' ? Others have reported missing address bar upon update where that theme was the cause. See here and here . If you use Walnut, there's a PM fork that solves this: Walnutty . (And if you don't use Walnut, test using safe mode -- it disables theme...

Re: Video not loading (french TV)

Didn't play for me either -- also using fresh profile. Flash Player was enabled. Video wouldn't load (though the initial advert video DID load/play). Tried all MSE settings on/off, also tried mainline Firefox useragent -- made no difference. (Win7 x86 Portable PM 27.1) Error: InvalidStateError: An a...

Edit to my own earlier post:
I have the habit of always mis-calling the status bar the taskbar. Unfortunately, can't correct the original post

Re: the 'address bar' question raises its sorry head yet again!

You might also check that the Navigation Toolbar (which contains the address bar) didn't somehow get deselected. If that happened the address bar wouldn't appear in the customize palette. Just as for accessing the palette, R-click on any toolbar or the taskbar (can also access via menu bar -> View -...

Re: Stylish 2.0.7 hangs PM 27.x

Looks like there will be an adapted version of StylRRR for PM 27.1 (not yet released), see this post and following: https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=14389#p102743 . And fyi, it was requested in context of changes to Stylish' privacy behavior (implemented recently in Chrome version of ...

Re: Intel Identity Protection Technology

Someone else brought this up recently who saw these listed in PM 27.03: https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=14546 They were thought to come "bundled with" the new PC. (Don't know why they're not listed in FF.) I'm using the unstable build (portable version) on an not-new Win 7 and don't h...

Re: Classic Downloads Window fix (sort of)

I´m currently using the "Classic download window" add-on, but that is not the same as the "old" window (before PM v27). I want the "old" download-window (before PM v27). Hackerman1, I miss it too. But the developers made a judgment, as I understand it, that the work necessary to restore the toolkit...

The fresh copy is on a new PC. After a couple of days of use, the RCA site still renders correctly. Context, thank you for the response. 'll try to determine what is different in my previous profile. Re: Font problems on various sites

Today, I had occasion to install a fresh copy of Pale Moon (32-bit on Win7 64-bit PC). Did you install it to the same computer? (I'm asking having seen your recent post that you installed PM "on a brand new Win7 64-bit PC" ) My own results made me wonder if the problem, at least for me, was related...
