Re: Portable Palemoon with Portable Java

Just like videobruce said above:

OP: What kind of Web sites (actual examples please) use Java these days?

Flash -- maybe...
Java -- really?

EDIT:

You're not looking for JavaScript capabilities, right? Because Pale Moon has those already.

Re: Flash Plug-in

I believe Flash has been disabled in/removed from Chrome. These sites might help, and might not:

https://www.compsmag.com/blog/enable-flash-plugin-in-chrome-browser-for-websites/

https://www.lifewire.com/enable-flash-in-chrome-4160696

Search on chrome flash/flash chrome.

Re: Npapi - Adobe Flash Player - Linux - Help needed!

@ ron_1

When Adobe announced they were killing off Flash, the developers of Mint decided they would take out the Flash plugin and they did. You "might" be able to install an older linux version of Flash, but it will most likely not work in Mint.

Re: Npapi - Adobe Flash Player - Linux - Help needed!

Are you saying that now operating systems will be blocking flash? Do you have any links proving this statement? When it comes specifically to the linux Mint distro which I use; yes, it is. And the link is below. https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=339231&p=1949173&hilit=adobe#p1949173 ...
