Hello,
I want know, if i clear the cache of the browser, will it automatically delete the saved E-Tags?
And would the regular visited websites still identify me, if the browser the next time send E-Tags?

I'm just a non technical computer user and with that said, I don't know what an E-Tag is.

I didn't know about this either, so I figured that was a great use for the search bar. DDG provided this linke to Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_ETag and the article has a section about using ETags for tracking. Interesting stuff.
