Random sites

Random web sites occasionally show up without formatting, like what I would expect to see if a .css file was never properly loaded. Reloading the page sometimes fixes this. This does not happen to me on Firefox.

Try going to about:config and turning off network.http.pipelining. Your pages will probably load slower but that will probably fix it.
