Why do I see this on my PM browser. Seems out of context.

That's likely a website doing some poor checks and thinking you are using Firefox.

And if you're talking about the yahoo website, it's because they want you to use firefox because they have a partnership with mozilla.

Sounds like Yahoo. And that's because of Yahoo's UA sniffing.
