Change Mail Warning Icon in Notification Area

How may I change the Mail Notification Window Icon PopUp to the Envelope Icon?

You can do so by clicking Tools -> Options -> General tab, and then unchecking "Show an alert", and checking "Show a tray icon".

(You can also have FossaMail show a balloon tip in addition to the tray icon, by going to Config editor and changing the value for "mail.biff.show_balloon" to "true". )
