The toolbar icons reset when one starts a new instance of Pale Moon while Pale Moon is already running.
Steps to reproduce:
In Windows, start Pale Moon 2 times in quick succession (the second instance should be requested before the first one is running, otherwise it would appear as a tab)
Information:
OS: Win 7 home premium SP1 x86-64
Pale moon version: 25.1.0 x86

I can confirm this with PM x64 version too.
Anyway this is a rare situation so i would say not a important bug to fix.
