Smooth scrolling page up/down broken

Just upgraded to Version: 12.2-x64 and whether or not smooth-scrolling has been turned on, it is broken for page up/down where it was working in the previous release. Cursor up/down seems to be working ok.

PgUp/PgDn smooth scrolling has been disabled by default on purpose to prevent visual friction. Normally you'd use PgUp/PgDn for actual "paging" through a site and not "scrolling".
It is easily switched on with the new options found under Options -> Advanced -> Scrolling
