Note: If you reply, kindly don't quote the entire post above it. Quote what you need to reply directly to to provide context only; and if the context is already clear then you can even not quote at all

A percentage is a percentage, though ;) But I understand what you were trying to say now.

Are there any compatibility issues by installing 12.3r2 over 12.3 and/or will there be issues with updating from 12.3r2 to 15?

There won't be any compatibility issues, no. As far as going from 12 to 15, you can expect the need to update add-ons, as per usual with any major release.

EDIT: 12.3r2 is x86 only? If it is, then I'll continue using 12.3 as I'm using x64 and have no desire to shift to x86.

Ah yes -- sorry, this will be for x86 only, the x64 one didn't have the speed regression I was trying this for. So indeed it's off-topic for this board *slaps self* and a bad suggestion for you.

I do tend to quote specifically, but it was late and I hadn't slept properly in days *sigh*

One question about PM 15. Do you intend on bringing UX features from current Firefox builds? I ask out of curiosity, as I think the current PM interface is borderline perfect as it is, what I do crave are under the hood performance improvements, not a single shred of UI changes :)

BTW, is Filehippo still going all dictatorial and not adding Pale Moon to their listings? That is an asinine attitude, to say the least.

And while I do know this isn't in any way related to you, do you happen to know if users are forced to use x86 browsers in order to access Quicktime content or is there any valid alternative for x64? It's not an essential matter, but does prevent PM x64 (and other x64 browsers) to view Quicktime content.
