I noticed that in latest FF the time it takes plugin is unloaded after you stop using it is 30 seconds. But in PM its still 180 sec or 3 minutes. Which in my opiniom is way too long.
Option that controls this in FF is dom.ipc.plugins.unloadTimeoutSecs https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1007490

Having some measure of control over this is a good thing for the tweakers.
3 minutes is rather long, but 30 seconds is quite short; spawning a new plugin container process is fairly expensive and can cause a stutter in the browser, so I'd rather avoid too aggressive unloading. 1 minute is probably better as a default, since normal navigation would have any plugin likely reused within that time if it is going to be reused.
