Control over upload/download speed

Hello,

I will be glad to see in the future an option with which we could be able to limit the upload/download speed - as build in or as an extension of Pale Moon.

Download managers (e.g. DownThemAll) generally offer a download limit for download limits. An upload speed limit is a little trickier, but there are external programs that do a good job of giving you full control over this kind of thing (for any application), like NetLimiter.
