Hide un-hide the title bar with a simple tick box
Palemoon menu or incorporate tools and such in to the menu drop down
Movable Menu close/maximize/minimize buttons
Up/ Down arrows on scrollbars both top and bottom.

Tabs on Top will hide the title bar when maximized.
It's Windows standard interface for the min/max/close buttons to be where they are.
The Menu can be toggled on and off, and there are extensions that will give you a vertical dropdown version.
There are arrows on the top and bottom of scrollbar. You are probably using a theme that messed that up.

I'm always maximized in both Windows 7 and linux Mint 17 and I use Tabs on Top. The above does not work in linux Pale Moon with either the Menu Bar enabled or not enabled on all of my computers running linux. The Title Bar is always shown. I can provide a screenshot of both situations if you want to see it.

Sorry for my late reply but I've been abroad.

There are arrows on the top and bottom of scrollbar.
should have clarified I'm talking
Up and down, both on either end .top- its own up and down , bottom- its own up and down ..

Tabs on Top will hide the title bar when maximized.
but who wants their tabs on top , It ruins the workflow.

The Menu can be toggled on and off, and there are extensions that will give you a vertical dropdown version.
who knows if these extensions will continue to be supported.

Nope - I'm not breaking with standard UI conventions by doing that.

The title bar is there for a reason. That too is a standard UI convention.
The Menu can be toggled on and off, and there are extensions that will give you a vertical dropdown version.
who knows if these extensions will continue to be supported.
... and as long as they are available, there is no reason to add this to the core :)
