Adding KiwiIRC as IRC client option (IRC: / IRCS:)
There was a particular bug posting on bugzilla about adding this as an enhancement. Maybe the next release can add it in, since the Mozilla devs apparently "Don't have time" to do so. OP:

If you want an IRC client, FossaMail already has IRC chat functionality built-in. I don't see any particular reason why this should be added to a web browser.

Can't they use the same protocol registering method that other programs and web app providers use? Such as like with webmail?
