Just a suggestion: Why we have 2x the same option to enable the smooth scrolling?

First under options-advanced-general under browsing and then again under options-advanced-scrolling.
Maybe remove the one under general.

Initially I kept this in place to keep synchronization with Firefox support articles, but it's a point that's easy enough to fix -- people by now I guess can expect to find this option under the designated tab
